Total unexpected behaviour by Hotel Manager.... I had called him for booking related enquiry where he was very rude and mentioned that they need 40% advance (which is not even the case with 5 Star Properties) even when I kept on saying that its too much and what could be the best amount..... But the tone of this guy was too rude and hence would not recommend this property to anyone.

I had a comfortable stay in this hotel. It was a business stay during amavasi somwar time when hotels were full in haridwar. Nearby to my visits in roorkee. rooms can get better, atleast the bed. They have parking space

If you are on a business trip and just want a place to stay then this is one of the choices. They provide a normal room, and its not bright since there was no tube-light. Just come in the night to stay, then its okay. Service things needs to be reminded. The only bright side and best part ids their hotel. They really serve tasty food and its worth it. Got good variety and service is good. Missi roti was given in 5 mins. Tasty parantha for breakfast. They prepared an excellent Punjabi Kadi. They were sweet enough to inform me that it will take 25 mins since its going to be freshly prepared. Believe me its worth it. After a long time I had the pleasure of eating onions dipped in vinegar. Their Green Chutney is also a very nice complement to the main course. The staff was friendly and its worth to stay because of the food.

The staff was drunk in broad daylight and kept arguing non-sense with us. The person in-charge also took his side and asked us to let it go, based on the amazing fact that he was drunk. The cheapness of hotel staff reached its limit when my guests ordered some tea from room service and the person in-charge has the nerve to call me that your guests order from room service and who would be paying for it, me or my guests.

The rooms are pretty average. There are plenty of hotels on the highway. But the food is pretty good. The breakfast and lunch have variety to choose from. The rooms can be cleaner and less of mosquitoes.
